Lead Technology Product Manager
As a
Lead Technology Product Manager, you will own a critical component of the Audit application. This role goes beyond defining features—you will be accountable for ensuring the product’s success. We are looking for someone who operates with urgency, handles multiple priorities seamlessly, and makes high‑impact decisions with confidence. You’ll apply strong product judgment, analytical rigor, and business acumen to deliver meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Lead one or more offerings from 0→1 and beyond.
- Own the roadmap, priorities, and long‑term strategy for your product area.
- Define success metrics and drive toward clear customer and business outcomes.
- Make informed tradeoffs that balance speed, quality, and long-term scalability.
Execution & Delivery
- Translate strategy into clear requirements, specifications, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high‑quality features.
- Manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities while staying focused on what matters most.
Discovery & Decision-Making
- Use quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to deeply understand product performance.
- Work with Design and Research to uncover user problems, validate assumptions early, and iterate toward elegant solutions.
- Identify leading indicators, diagnose issues, and make data-informed decisions.
Business & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Bring a strong business mindset, understanding how Wolters Kluwer drives growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with Go‑To‑Market teams to ensure successful launches and adoption.
- Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and impact clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated success owning and scaling a B2B product with measurable business impact.
- Strong empathy for users and understanding of real‑world workflows and pain points.
- Knowledge of Financial Statements and core accounting principles.

Compensation:
$107,500.00 - $188,400.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
